Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
DC relies on UPO to give wraparound services to people and families emerging from homelessness. Our team (pictured) is certified to help them find homes, stay in their new homes, and achieve the highest possible quality of life. With our intensive case management, they finally gain stability with the education, employment, and healthcare they need.
Robert was homeless for 30 years due to addictions to heroin and alcohol. He joined PSH after his release from prison: Robert gained a home and a UPO Case Manager who helped him thrive. Now he proudly works as a peer recovery coach!
